- To remove existing roof and install new roof on approximately 64 ft by 42 foot. Work to be done at MVR Corps of Engineers Headquarters Annex building, Rock Island IL. The Government is seeking to award a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. The procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The following NAICS code 238160 will apply with a Small Business Size Standard of $13 MILLION. The Solicitation will not be available in paper format from the Government. All documents required for submitting an off er, including hand-signed acknowledgement of any Amendments to the Solicitation, shall be submitted in original hard copy to the Government. Faxed Offers are not permitted. Electronic submittal of an offer via e-mail will also not be permitted. The Soli citation will be posted to the FedBizOps website, www.fbo.gov on or about 26 May 2007, for offerors to download and printout. The date and time for receipt of offers will be 27 June 2007, 4:00 PM. CST. It is the responsibility of all offerors to monitor the FedBizOps web site (using the above Internet website address link), for any Amendments to the Solicitation. All interested offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Department of Defense Central C ontractor Registration (CCR) database, prior to submitting an offer. No contract award can be made until this requirement is met.
