- Project General Information in addition to previously advertised solicitation: Provide all labor, material, and equipment to repair Aircraft Parking Apron Rows Z, AA, & BB. Method of repair is by removing and replacing approximately 27,000 SY of exis ting concrete, base material, and sub-base material in approximately four phases. Replace with lime stabilized subgrade, new asphalt stabilized base course, and 12 inch thick concrete surface. Compact base and subbase material to standards prescribed in sp ecifications. Work will include sitework, paving, painting/striping, and installation of new tie-downs and grounding rods. Remove and store existing sunshades on Row BB. Work around and protect the existing Compressed Air Start System (CASS) units on Row Z and ensure it is still functional after work is completed. Extension of existing CASS and installation of Government Furnished CASS units to Rows AA & BB is also required. The revised project magnitude is between $10,000,000 and $15,000,000.
