PRON: AX7Q0397, NSN 1650-01-181-9279, PN 41001845, Quantity 150 each for the OH-58D Kiowa Helicopter. FOB is Origin with delivery to Corpus Cristy. This item is restricted to HR Textron, Cage Code 81873 because the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a c ompetitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek s ource approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Requests for Aviation Requirements.
