- The Louisiana National Guard intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with ONeil & Associates, Inc, 495 Byers Road, Miamisburg, OH 45342-3662. The contractor shall provide 2 each of the ONeTOOL Electronic Maintenance Support System . This system features the following items: Panasonic CF-29 Toughbook, Stress relief module w/ 18-36v DC-DC Converter including NATO Power Cable, NI 4050 for PMCIA 5 ? DVM/VIP Sidekick, Special cables needed to connect to U.S. Army vehicle ECUs (Adaptors J1939 9-Pin, J1708 DDL, HMMWV GM-UART, J1708 6-Pin Deutsch, HALDEX Adapter), Dearbon Protocol Adapter, Serial Cable, Ethernet Cable, and Ruggedized carrying case for the OneTool equipment. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541511 and the size standard is $23m. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 4:00 PM, Central Standard Time, June 27, 2007. Th is notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information receiv ed will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
