- Description
- The Fort Bragg Directorate of Contracting intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Springmaid Beach Resort, 3200 South Ocean Boulevard, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for lodging, food and conference space/meeting room s accommodations. This requirement is to provide modern, clean, and carpeted rooms and conferencing-capable for a total of 400 persons at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The conference space shall accommodate a minimum of 160 people for general sessions. The meeting rooms shall include two (2) rooms for a minimum of 50 persons for breakout sessions and four (4) rooms for a minimum of 50 persons for childcare purposes. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete t his proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
