- The Army Contracting Agency, Northern Region; Dugway Proving Ground (DPG), Utah Directorate of Contracting (hereinafter referred to as the Government) is issuing the formal solicitation (W911S6-07-R-0003) for the Installation Support Services (ISSC) requirement to be performed at DPG. The following areas are essential to support the requirements at U. S. Army DPG: (1) Facilities Engineering Services, (2) Engineering Resource Management, (3) Operation and Maintenance of Utilities Systems, (4) Mainte nance of Roads and Structures, (5) Grounds Maintenance, (6) Logistical Support, and (7) Family Housing Operations. The scope of effort involves supporting the U.S. Army DPG, Utah installation. The support involves a comprehensive public works services con tract, directly in support of the Directorate of Installation Support (DIS). This contract provides technical and professional trade crafts for maintenance, repair, operation and/or alteration of real property facilities in support of the mission. This r equirement is a competitive 8 (a) set-aside, Firm Fixed Price, Incentive Fee solicitation. The applicable NAICS code is 561210 ($32.5 M). The proposed solicitation is planned to be for one (1) base year and six (6) option periods (12-months each). This s olicitation will close at 5:00 PM (local prevailing time at U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground) on Thursday, 26 JULY 2007, Refer to Section L.1.8 of the solicitation for Proposal Submission Instructions. A Pre-Proposal Conference and Site visit has been sch eduled for 11th & 12th of JULY 2007, refer to Section L.2 of the solicitation for information and instructions.
