- THERE WILL BE TWO FORTHCOMING SOLICITATIONS THAT WILL REPLACE FA5613-07-R-3003(A) and FA5613-07-R-3004(A). The new RFPs will be slightly different than the now cancelled RFPs mentioned above. The projects will include Rubber Removal and Airfield Marking at Bagram and Kandahar Airfields in Afghanistan.
