- Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to make an award on a competitve basis for the following service: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transporation and incientals necessary to provide annual inspection and remedial maintenance on the CO2 Fire Protection System. A Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) task order is contemplated. The period of performance is 01 Oct 07 to 30 Sep 08. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Availability of Government?s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
