- Notice of intent to award a sole source procurement in accordance with far 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The government intends to issue a sole source contract for the repair/return and modification of F-16 actuators for various FMS customers in accordance with far part 15 regulations. The award will go to Arkwin Industries, Inc, 686 main St, Westbury, NY 11590-5093. This requirement is considered sole source due to Arkwin being the only source with the necessary skills, equipment and proprietary documentation capabilities in place to accomplish the required modification. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334418 with a small business size standard of 500 employees.
