- Contractor shall furnish Imaging Services (including teleradiology and radiology services) for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 510 Butler Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25401. Work shall be in accordance with services and prices specified in the Section entitled Schedule of Supplies/Services of the solicitation. Services shall include, but not be limited to interpretation of the following radiological exams, e.g.: General Radiographic Procedures or Plain Film (PF), Computed Tomography Scans (CT), Ultrasound Studies (US) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), and on call services. This is an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity type contract. The contractor shall bear the expense of all costs associated with connectivity to raw DICOM data via point to point connection. Contractor shall be available to the VAMC Martinsburg for consultation and film interpretation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year for stat, urgent and routine exams. Contractor is required to dictate into the VAMC system and verify reports in the VISTA system. All responsible sources may submit a technical proposal in accordance with the requirements of the contract. The period of services is Oct 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008 with the option to extend for 4-1 year periods. Prospective bidders must submit a technical proposal and a price proposal via mail.
