- The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing Residential Re-Entry Center Services (RRC) for mostly male Native American offenders with special needs/sex offenders and other Federal offenders in Northern Arizona and within the geographical confines of one of the following counties: Coconino, Yavapai, Mohavi, Nanajo or Apache. Residential services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work entitled, "Residential Reentry Center (RRC) August 2000, as Revised by CCB: Revision 1 - December 2000, Revision 2 - August 2001, Revision 3 - November 2001, Revision 4 - May 2002, Revision 5 - October 2003, Revision 6 - May 2004, Revision 7 - May 2005, Revision 8 - December 2005, Revision 9 - June 2006, Revision 10 - July 2006 and Locally modified by the Western Region - September 2006." An indefinite delivery requirements type contract with a two year base period and three one-year options is anticipated. The estimated number of inmate days for the two year base period is approximately twenty-five (25) male beds for the two year base period; and each of the three one year options respectively. The solicitation (RFP 200-0984-WR) will be available on or about July 27, 2007, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date of RFP 200-0984-WR will be on or about September 25, 2007. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. Faith-Based and Community-Based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone requests or written requests for solicitations will be accepted.
