- The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Glynco, GA, intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price order for 50 ea of E29R-R-BSS-G Sig P229R 9x19mm pistol DA/SA; 150 ea of PN#34280222, magazines, 13 round, LE for P228/229 9mm Sig Sauer pistols; and shipping of all items mention above. New materials only. FOB DESTINATION. Delivery is to be made to Brunswick, Georgia, 31524, 30 to 60 days after receipt of order. Quotes will be evaluated on price and delivery date. The reference number for this announcement is 07FAD0057. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written request for quotation will not be issued. This requirement is not set-aside using the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code of 332994.
