- The Department of Health and Human Services, National Library of Medicine is soliciting proposals for publishing services on behalf of the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) to support the NIEHS Environmental Health Information Service Scientific Journal, Environmental Health Perspectives (EHP). The proposed acquisition is a Full and Open Competition procured under FAR Part 15. Full text of clauses and provisions are available at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR): http://www.arnet.gov/far/index.html . It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a single Fixed-Price Incentive Performance Based Services Contract. The complete Solicitation and Performance Work Statement are attached to this notice. All interested parties are welcome to respond. RFP responses must be in writing. EMAIL OR FAXED PROPOSALS WILL LNOT BE ACCEPTED. Interested parties must submit ten (10) copies of the proposal by 4PM EDT on July 27, 2007 to Sally Boakye, Contract Specialist, the National Library of Medicine, 8600 Rockville Pike, Bldg. 38A/ Rm.B1N17, Bethesda, MD 20894.
