- NOTE: All responses to the IFB shall be mailed to Western Area Power Administration, 5555 East Crossroads Boulevard, Loveland, CO 80538-8986 Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The principal work includes but is not limited to removing four existing single-phase transformers and electrical equipment, installing a Western furnished power transformer, modifying yard grades and spill containment features, and installing associated concrete foundations, miscellaneous steel, strain bus, conduit and power and control cable. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The work is located at the Great Cut Substation near Delores Colorado in Montezuma County. There will be only one award from this solicitation; therefore all bidders must submit their bids on an ???all or nothing??? basis. The solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The National American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 237130, and the applicable size standard is $31.0 Million. We anticipate the solicitation will be issued on or about July 18, 2007 at this site. The specifications and drawings will be issued hard copy. Western???s Construction Standards and Drawings will be included on a CD-ROM.
