- Government's estimated price range: $25,000 to $100,000 Estimated Contract Time: 30 days, with completion no later than Sept. 30, 2007. Request for Quotes, using Full and Open Competition, per the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Location: Bly Ranger District of the Fremont-Winema National Forests, Klamath County, Oregon. The project consists of the removal of an existing squashed corrugated metal culvert pipe and replacing it with a bottomless aluminum box culvert. Additional work includes the placement of rip-rap on either end of the new culvert, installation of stream bed simulation material, and reconstruction of the road over the new culvert. Successful quoter shall provide a 100% payment bond.
