- Sandpoint Ranger District, Idaho Panhandle National Forests,Bonner County, Idaho. The services covered in this solicitation are for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals necessary to perform surface preparation and application of dust abatement materials. The resulting contract will cover surface grading, water as necessary and dust abatement application services for 7.0 miles of Road #278 ? Johnson Creek, on the Sandpoint Ranger District. Turnouts and curves are included and considered a part of the total road segment lengths identified for abatement. The beginning and end will be staked by the Forest Service with wood lath flagged with blue/white ribbon. Start work date is July 2007; contract time is 15 calendar days.
