- END ITEM: AIRCRAFTS (HERCULES C-130, HERCULES C-130F, and HERCULES KC-130), SOF (AC-130H, MC-130H, EC-130E, HC-130, AND MC-130W). This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Compensator, Liquid. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There is one approved source of supply, Firstmark Aerospace Corp., Cage 3BV1. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 6680-01-059-3387; Base Year AEQ: 50 each, Option Year EAQ: 50 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination, 112 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 13 Jul 07. The anticipated award date is 13 Sep 07. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies.
