- DITCO intends to exercise Option Period 1 of contract HC1013-06-P-2386 to SumTotal Systems Inc, 1808 North Shoreline Blvd, Mountain View, CA 94043 in the amount of $39,187.99. This is for the renewal of software maintenance for Enroll Software at Defense Security Service. These software licenses and enhancements are proprietary and are protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 1 Jul 07 through 30 Jun 08. This also includes option period 2 for the same service, period of performance 1 Jul 08 through 30 Jun 09. The original synopsis did not mention the option periods, which were on the contract. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software license and enhancement renewal must request a copy of the RFQ not later than COB 20 Jun 07 via the following address: jason.day@disa.mil. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered. The NAICS code is 511210 for this procurement.*****
