- The Defense Intelligence Agency?s (DIA) Protective Services Division (DAC-4), intends to award a contract requiring a 100% Small Business commercial contractor to provide the Access Control Program (ACP) support services and other specialized services as per the SOW at various sponsored facilities in the National Capitol Region area; Defense Intelligence Analysis Center (DIAC), Building 6000, Bolling Air Force Base, Washington, D.C. 20340, 3100 Clarendon Boulevard in Arlington, Virginia and the Armed Forces Medical Intelligence Center (AFMIC) at Fort Dietrick, Maryland. The ACP supports the requirement to maintain accountability for personnel, vehicles and property entering and departing DIA facilities, provides escort services for uncleared personnel working within DIA facilities or property, and provides monitor services in support of seminars, conferences, and other functions where uncleared persons are visiting the facilities. The ACP will be operated under the management of the Protective Services Division (DAC-4). NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-MAY-2007).
