- Description
- The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition and Procurement Office (A&PO), intends to award a sole source contract to Transformational Security, LLC (TS), a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business, for the delivery of additional components of an in-place monitoring system (IPMS) for installation in the Pentagon following completion of the ongoing renovation efforts. The IPMS will mirror the existing system designed, tested, validated, and installed in a newly renovated wedges of the Pentagon. TS has exclusive rights to the license to use, change, enhance, maintain, support, market, reproduce, sell the product and all of its artifacts and components including but not limited to its name, software source code, design, documentation, training and support material.
