- Description
- The United States Special Operations Command, Technology Applications Contracting Office, intends to acquire through full and open competition the design, engineering, development, prototype fabrication, and support for aircraft integration, ground and flight testing of an Infrared Exhaust Suppressor (IES) for the A/MH-6M special operations aircraft. The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) H92241-07-R-0022 on or before June 30, 2007 with proposal(s) due on August 14, 2007. The RFP will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunity website at http://fedbizopps.gov. The contract award is expected to occur in the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2008. The period of performance is from contract award through November 30, 2009. FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. The contract is releasable to small or large U.S. firms only. Requests from U.S. firms must be submitted in writing to the address below and must include business size. Proposals must be delivered to the U.S. Special Operations Command, Technology Applications Contracting Office, Attn: AMSAT-D-TK (Sharon Gayle), 401 Lee Blvd., Fort Eustis, VA 23604-5577, by the time specified in the RFP. Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All responsible U.S. sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
