- The Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC 28547 intends to award a sole source contract to RAILROAD DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, 381 MANSFIELD AVENUE, SUITE 500, PITTSBURGH, PA 15220-2754 to purchase a rail car as a training aid at Military Operations in Urban Terrain Collective Training Facility, Camp Lejeune, NC 28542 as a part of a rail head designed to train techniques on proper search and clearing operations pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
