- U.S. Army Finance Center, Financial Systems Development and Maintenance Directorate proposes to issue a sole source purchase order open market to Jones Automation, Incorporated, 4825 University Square Suite 5, Huntsville, AL under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) for Notary Signer Computers for CEFMS Development Office.
