PRON: AX7F0300AX, NSN: 5340-01-538-5095, PN: HM029-017-11, Quantity: 20 each, applicable to the UH-60. FOB origin with deliveries to Tracy, CA. The required delivery is 20 each, 285 days after contract award (DACA). This item is restricted to Robertso n Aviation, Cage Code 1T765, because the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of th e material for a competitive solicitation. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item de scribed above are encouraged to identify themselves.
