- The service will consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, appliances, and material in performing all operations in connection with pumping and cleaning of outside kitchen type-grease traps (738 each and 24 possible call in orders during a 1 year period), and pumping and cleaning latrine pits and septic tanks and holding tanks (408 each and 75 possible call in orders during a 1 year period) in strict accordance will every applicable regulation and law governing this scope and type of work. T he grease traps average from 1,000 gallons to 4,500 gallons in size. The pit latrines average 1,500 gallons in size. The estimated contract cost with all options included is between $300,000 and $450,000.
