- FA6606-07-B-0002 ? Project YTPM 05-0023 Construct Munitions Administrations Facility. The work of this project consists of site preparation, underground utilities and site work to support the construction of a new one story building of approximately 2,400 square feet housing administrative, training and support areas. The structure consists of a reinforced concrete foundation, concrete slab on grade, a pre-engineered metal building with insulated walls and roof, entrance doors, interior partition construction and finishes. Building systems and utilities include plumbing heating, ventilation and air conditioning fire sprinkler system, fire alarm and mass notification systems, electrical power and lighting systems, communications and data network system support and site grading and restoration. This project is being solicited in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The small business size standard applicable to this project is $31,000,000.00 and the NAICS (North American Industrial Classification System) Code for this solicitation is 236210. Bid issue will be on 12 July 2007 with a bid opening date of 15 August 2007. Performance period will be two hundred forty (240) calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost of construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The solicitation including the bid package, wage rates, specifications and drawings will be posted at this site for review and download. There will be no other form of distribution for this solicitation other than downloading the information from this site.
