- ?THIS SOLICITATION ?HSCG31-07-Q-6AS570? INCORPORATES SERVICE CONTRACT ACT OF 1965 (JUL 2005), FAR CLAUSE 52.222-41. (WHICH MAY APPLY) **********REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) PACKAGE WILL BE AVAILABLE VIA FEDBIZOPPS WITHIN 24 HRS AFTER SYNOPSIS (ADVERTISEMENT) HAS BEEN UPLOADED**********This is a solicitation to upgrade existing CCTV surveillance system at Coast Guard Air Station Sacramento 6037 Price Ave, McClellan, CA. with updated cameras controls and Digital Video Recording (DVR) capabilities. Contractor is required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and incidentals to this project. This procurement action is not set aside for small business. The requirements is being synopsized as a full and open competitive acquisition under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561621 and the small business standard is 500 employee. This solicitation will be issued in paper form. Solicitation documents may be accessed for download from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website beginning on the date of issue (estimated to be on or about July 26, 2007) at the following site: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendments issued to the solicitation will be posted on the website. Prospective quoters are responsible for checking the website for amendments up to the date and time of due (closing) date of June 26, 2007 for receipt of quotations. Evaluation Factors For Award: The Government will evaluate quotes in response to the request for proposals without discussions and will award a contract to the responsible quoter who quote, conforming to the RFP, will be most advantageous to the Government, such as (1) Capacity to accomplish the work after the required date; (2) Past performance on contracts with government agencies and private industry.
