Description
The Coast Guard is seeking information from potential sources who provide, and certify a digital indicator replacement for the existing HU-25 aircraft?s analog Hydraulic Triple Indicator P/N 6485-201-1 manufactured by Jager. The indicator must meet the following requirements as a minimum: 1. The replacement indicator shall be digital in design and a Form, Fit and Function replacement, for the current Jager analog indicator. 2. The new indicator must electrically interface with Kulite Semiconductor?s pressure transducers P/Ns APTE/S-391-5000SG and APTE/S-391-3500SG. 3. Shall meet a tolerance of +/- 125 PSI. 4. Shall have a function to allow pressure indication adjustments to match actual aircraft system pressures when installed on the aircraft. Organizations having the required expertise, capabilities and an acceptable quality system are invited to submit complete information packages. The information contained therein shall pertain to this announcement only. The Government does not intend to pay for the information received. Technical information pertaining to the current Jager Triple Indicator P/N 64845-201-1 and Kulite Pressure Transmitters P/Ns APTE/S-391-5000SG and -3500SG is proprietary and must be obtained from the OEMs. The following information is requested: 1. Technical description of the proposed indicator. 2. Reliability a. Tolerance +/- 125 PSI b. Anticipated Reliability c. Warranty period 3. Supportability 4. Planning estimate to include: a. Prototype Cost b. Follow on order and quantity discount breaks.
