- Notice of intent to award as a sole source requiremnt to Avaya Inc for the following equipment: 3 each SWRM 110AC Admin RHS; 2 each IP Media Resource & 320 LIC TN2602AP; 1 each 25 meter green cable; 1 each 25 meter red cable. This proposed contract action is only a small, open market portion of a much larger project to be awarded under an already existing contractual vehicle. The Government intends to award this to an existing contract holder under FAR part 8. The project is intended to be a turn key operation and these open market items must be part of the entire project. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to rspond to the requirement or submit proposals, however, all proposals received by the closing date and time will be reviewed and documented for future requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the descretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competative procurement. Any vendor who wishes to submit a proposal to be considered for future requirements should email their company's capabilities information to the attention of Rober Sieferman no later than Close of Business, Thursday, July 5, 2007 at robert.sieferman@dhs.gov. Only email responses will be accepted.
