Description

Amendment number one is being issued to answer questions related to this RFP. At this time, we are also extending the due date for proposals to TUESDAY JULY 10, 2007, AT 2:00pm EST. Questions and answers are below 1. Is this contract as proposed to be awarded for three (3) months only? (40 hr work week understood) Yes. 2. Is this contract as proposed to be awarded to include travel, MI&E, etc for facilitation of focus groups (implied other Area Offices) in the fixed price? At this late in the year, it may be impossible to conduct focus groups. If by chance, we do get a focus group together ? an invitational travel order will be initiated with program funds. 3. What other travel outside of HQ should be anticipated? None 4. Can the contractor perform services off-site (at Contractor's office) or is performance of the entire contract mandated at HQ and HQ only? HQ only. 5. Start of Services? ASAP 6. Can off-site access to RPMS be provided with Security Standards clearance? Will not need access to RPMS. 7. Completion of Contract? 3 months from contract award. 8. Is this RFP reserved for 8a certified vendors? No. 9. Will preference be given to 8a certified vendors? No.
