- The Central Utility Plant (CUP) Operations & Maintenance Solicitation No. 292-07-P-(CQ) 0005 solicitation suspensions is hereby withdraw and the new revised solicitation including attachments are reinstated per this amendment: The NAICS Code remains 561210 -- Facilities Support Services. The solicitation remains 100% SET-A-SIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED BUSINESSES. The solicitation including attachments are revised effective the date of this amendment. The Questions and the Government Responses are issued with the content established as an official document to the solicitation. The due date for offerors due to the government is August 16, 2007 at 2:00 EST (hand carried, delivered via USPS or other carries). This and all amendments shall be acknowledged by offerors within their proposal. All questions shall be addressed in written format, including the solicitation reference and page number to Kyle A. Turner, turnerky@mail.nih.gov by email only, NLT 3:00 P.M. EST on July 2, 2007. No phone calls will be accepted. An amendment will be published to address the government response to any questions. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
