- "THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE" The Subcontractor shall provide professional, skilled subject matter personnel to perform an array of general technical support services under minimal supervision. These services shall assist the Special Technologies Laboratory (STL) mission of National Security Technologies, LLC (NSTec) (Contractor) in accomplishing strategic project objectives in supporting complex technical operations. STL provides research, development, diagnostics and rapid deployment of critical innovative technical solutions for national security needs. See the attached Draft Statement of Work and Labor Categories with position descriptions. To be considered to receive a copy of the RFP when issued, Potential Offerors shall provide their company qualifications that demonstrate how the Offeror will provide the personnel who possess the skills necessary to support the attached Draft Statement of work and demonstrate they have the experience required for the Statement of Work. E-mail is acceptable for receiving your company qualifications. Please note the attached are "Drafts" and the RFP will be the governing documents. Responses are due by July 9, 2007.
