- Description
- This procurement is for a Battery, Lead Acid NSN 6140-01-362-5737 which is identified with C&D Technologies (CAGE 1K126) P/N LS12-100. A shelf life of 6 months applies. RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four Option Years. The estimated annual quantity is 127 ea. Requirement will be solicited FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination, and a required delivery of 30 days ARO. DSCR does not currently have an approved Technical Data Package available for this NSN. Please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. This requirement is unrestricted under negotiated method of procurement. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes accepted for this solicitation.
