- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Net-Centric Services Branch, Hardware/Software Section (DITCO/PL8231), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to Syntellect, 16610 N. Black Canyon Highway, Suite 100, Phoenix, Arizona 85053. This acquisition is to procure Apropros Licenses, hardware hardware/software installation in support of the NAVAIR National Help Desk. Syntellect is the manufacturer of Apropos Software. As such, they maintain the proprietary rights to the source code and to the distribution rights. There are no other authorized resellers of this software. Period of performance is 6/21/07 - 6/20/08. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software license and enhancement renewal must request a copy of the RFQ not later than COB 29 Jun 07 via the following address: adam.venhaus.disa.mil. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered. The NAICS code is 33411 for this procurement.*****
