- The United States Air Force intends to negotiate sole source with Olympus America Inc, Center Valley, PA for the following p/n and quantities; wm-d60 qty 6 ea, k7504373 qty 6 ea, hw38-102 qty 1ea, sw05-0702 qty 1 ea, hw02-102 qty 6 ea, sw02-0702 qty 6ea, 51024 qty 1 ea, hw13-102 qty 1 ea, sw12-0702 qty 1 ea, sw14-0702 1 ea, mh-787 qty 6 ea, 7501321 qty 6 ea, hw-hp4700dn 1 ea, cv-mtxr-3 6 ea, 55645110 qty 6 ea, ew7-maint 1yr. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is May 29, 07. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on only one source providing full compatibillty to existing equipment currently in use. Responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
