- The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for health and wellness services (The Wellness Program) for the Federal Executive Institute (FEI). FEI is a residential interagency executive development facility in Charlottesville, Virginia. FEI is dedicated to fostering leadership excellence among the highest levels of the Federal government. Programs at the FEI are also offered to senior executives from state and local government and from foreign countries. The Wellness Program is a central component of every Center for Leadership Performance (CLP) program and some Center for Organizational Performance (COP) programs as well. The proposed acquisition will be set aside for small businesses only. OPM anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed price contract. Place of Performance: Charlottesville, VA Duration of the contract period: The period of performance will be for five (5) years, base year plus four one-year option periods. Offeror Question Submissions: OPM will accept and answer questions from offerors after the RFP has been released. The RFP will provide an outline of the procedures for submitting questions.
