- Description
- The Air Force intends to issue a solicitation for base-wide custodial services at Vandenberg AFB, California on or around 6 Jul 2007. A scheduled site visit/pre-proposal conference date will also be released at that time. The contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, and other items and services necessary to perform custodial services for various buildings on Vandenberg Air Force Base. Services include Restroom Custodial Services, Locker Room/Shower/Sauna Custodial Services, Services Facilities Custodial Service and Executive Suites Custodial. The contractor shall perform in accordance with standards outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS.) The proposed period of performance includes a Base Year 1 Oct 07 - 30 Sep 08 and four (4) one-year option periods extending through 30 Sep 2012. Award is contemplated as 100% 8(a) set-aside. The NAICS code is 561720 - Janitorial Services and the size standard is $15 million in average annual gross receipts. Services will be procured pursuant to the requirements of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website www.fedbizopps.gov . No paper copies will be issued. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of this solicitation package. To be eligible for contract award offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website www.ccr.gov.
