- Description
- USPS has issued Amendment 1 6/12/2007 and amendment 2 6/22/2007 which clarify the solictation package proposal due date has been extended to 7/10/2007. The United States Postal Service intends to award a Design Build Guaranteed Maximum Price contract for construction of the Middlesex-Essex P&DC FSS Bldg Expansion (project # Q65113) The purpose of this project is to expand the existing owned P&DC to accommodate FSS deployment. Project includes expanding facility 130,000 square-feet tying into existing electrical, security, HVAC, fire alarm systems etc. Estimated design build project cost $19,000,000 to $22,500,000. All areas described are approximate; exact areas are denoted on plans and specifications available from LDI Reproprinting Center listed below. The total period for design and construction of the project will be 400 days from the date indicated on the Notice to Proceed.
