- Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Acquisition and Procurement Office (A&PO) is looking for HUBZONE and/or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Design-Build / Design-Bid-Build multiple award construction contract (MACC). The work to be acquired under this solicitation is for new construction and repair by design-build or design-bid-build of general building construction. The actual amount of work to be performed and the time of such performance will be determined by the Contracting Officer, who will issue written task orders to the Contractor. Award of task orders will be on a firm fixed price basis. Contracts awarded under this solicitation will have a maximum/NTE amount of $250,000,000 and a minimum guarantee of $25,000. The estimated magnitude of each task order will be between $750,000 and $10,000,000. The geographic location where the work is to be performed is primarily on the Pentagon Reservation in Virginia and southern Pennsylvania near the Maryland border. Due to the sensitive nature of the work location, contractors must be able to obtain a facility clearance.
