- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and using procedures of subpart 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The due date is 2 July 2007 no later than 2:00PMest. Quotes may be submitted via e-mail (shirley.powell@tapo.eustis.army.mil). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 541519 and small business standard of $21M. The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) has a requirement for 12 each of the following components: Full Kit Assembly, PN: 1087-1026-FA-R7; PC-GBS Software with Database, PN: 1209-1070-FA-R1; PC-GBS 4.0 SOS OB 1000-1000-SW-R40S; OBS 4.0 SPS 1001-1000-SW-E40S; and IAC-1087 MELB V1 Configuration File, PN: 1007-5001-SW-R1. These components shall be delivered to Commander, 160th SOAR (A), Attn: Steve Blasey 270-956-3456, 7244 Nightstalker Way, Ft. Campbell, KY 42223-6012. The delivery schedule will be determined prior to award. FOB is origin, and Acceptance/Inspection is at origin by a Government quality assurance representative (QAR). The Government intends to award this requirement to Intelligent Automation Corporation (IAC), 13029 Danielson St., Poway, CA 92064. IAC owns the proprietary data to the PC-GBS analysis software and database. IAC is the only known source for these components. Note: 22.
