- The government intends to purchase revision services from Rolls Royce to provide and deliver an updated Commercial Engine Bulletin CEB 72-3258 titled Engine ? Conversion of 250 C30R/3 to 250-C30R/3M, on a sole source basis under the authority of 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. A purchase order is anticipated. The intended source of supply is Rolls Royce, Indianapolis, IN. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to this procurement are not available and cannot be furnished. This is a DO-A1 rated order. The solicitation number is H92241-07-T-0021.
