Description

This amendment is notice that the CMS Dynamic Hotbench announcement is hereby cancelled. Noun: CMS Dynamic Hotbench. The Technology Applications Program Office has a requirement to purchase one each CMS Dynamic Hotbench. This item is a dynamic bench with simulated and stimulated Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) that operate within a common simulation environment for the purpose of software development, testing, and LRU level functional verification and validation. A console shall be delivered populated with Common Simulation Environment (CSE), associated test stands and wiring. The bench shall be capable of running the CMS operational flight program software as well as test scripts for developmental software releases within the Special Operations Aircraft CSE. Data to allow for full and open competition does not reside within the Government. Firms that recognize and can provide this bench are requested to identify themselves to the contracting office at 757-878-5223,x240. Delivery of the bench is required no later than July 2008. Delivery shall be to Rockwell Collins System Integration Lab in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Pursuant to FAR 6.302, intended source is Rockwell Collins Inc, 400 Collins Road NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Note 22 applies.
