Description

Amendment 0002 is incorporated to include the description in Line Item 0001 to include Dual Channel for the Avid Character Generator. Everything else remains unchanged. This solicitation package, HQ0028-07-Q-0020, is for various items manufactured by Avid, Nvision, Shure Brothers, and Tektronics. Interested parties may respond to this requirement and submit a written proposal based on the attached solicitation. This is a brand name or equal in accordance with FAR 52.211-6. If you quote an Or Equal, list all of the salient characteristics and Government Engineers will evaluate and made a determination. The NAICS code is 334220 and business size is 750 employees. The Government reserves the right to award to multiple contractors. If you have any questions they must be presented in writing via Fax (951) 413-2432 or by e-mail to fayette.white@dodmedia.osd.mil. To be eligible for an award resulting from this solicitation, the Contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and registered under ORCA (Representations & Certifications). It is mandatory that invoices be submitted electronically via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) in accordance with DFARS 252.232-7003.
