- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled "CRYOGENIC PRESSURE VESSEL FOR A-3 ALTITUDE TEST STAND - LIQUID OXYGEN CSG STORAGE TANKS - 3 EACH" which was posted on 6/22/2007. You are notified that the following changes are made: Replace the sentence "It is anticipated that this action will be issued as UNRESTRICTED and all responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency." with "It is anticipated that this action will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside and all responsible small business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency." After "FOB is destination," add "The government intends to issue subject Request for Proposal (RFP) under Commercial Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13." The anticipated RFP issue date and due date for responses are not extended. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/SSC Business Opportunities home page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=64 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments.
