- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Commercial Aviation Transportation Services, NNH07184998-2L, which was posted on June 15, 2007. The purpose of this modification is to address questions submitted as a result of the Request for Proposal. Question 1: Is it permitted to respond and bid this contract for just the International Flights e.g. CONUS - Moscow? If so, what is the required launch time for TALS flights? Response: No, a response/bid to the International Flights only will not be permitted. Question 2: Will NASA be paying for the aircraft during the down times? Response: No, NASA will not be paying for aircraft during down times. NASA intends to pay only for fights flown. The due date for responses is not extended. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for any amendments. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
