Description

The General Services Administration currently leases 6,944 BOMA rentable square feet of office space with four (4) surface parking spaces at 2234 Girard Street, Building C, Delano, CA. Rentable space must yeild a minimum of 6,034 BOMA usable square feet. this lease is expiring November 2008. GSA is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous. GSA will consider the cost of moving, alterations, and other appropriate considerations when deciding whether it should relocate. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1) Building Address 2) Usable/Rentable SF and Rental Rate 3) Method of Measurement used to determine SF 4) Agents must provide letter of authorization to represent building owner(s).
