Description
Pre-proposal Conference Information: A Pre-proposal conference will be held on Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at the POFF Federal Building in Roanoke, Virginia at 10:00AM. PRIOR NOTIFICATION of attendance to this conference is MANDATORY due to building security. Please provide your Company name and all potential attendees' full names to Stephen Kohri via email Stephen.Kohri@gsa.gov, reference Solicitation Number GS-03P-07-CD-D-0040. If you have any questions between 6/27/07 - 7/4/07, please contact Daria Sawyer via phone at (215)446-5697 or via email at daria.sawyer@gsa.gov. ======================================================================================================= The awarded contractor will be responsible for all building automation system maintenance services at the Poff Federal Building, 210 Franklin Road SW, Roanoke, Virginia 24011. The awarded contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, materials, equipment and software to maintain the Poff Federal Building?s Building Automation System (BAS) at an efficient and effective level of operation. The contract duration will consist of a one (1) year base period, and four (4) one-year option periods, for a total of five (5) years. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 238210. This procurement is being issued as unrestricted. The estimated start date for services is August 1, 2007. A site visit will be held at a date and time to be announced. The solicitation will be available on or about June 28, 2007. Offers will be evaluated using source selection/greatest value method outlined in the solicitation package based on the following evaluation factors: 1) Past Performance; 2) Key Personnel Qualifications and 3) Management Plan. Price-related evaluation factors will also be included. A pre-proposal conference will be announced at a later time. The subject solicitation includes Sensitive But Unclassified Building Information (SBU). Before release of SBU information, for reasons of security, the requestor must complete and sign a ?Request for Sensitive But Unclassified Documents? (Form B) included in this notice. In addition, the following information must be submitted and/or provided by the requestor via the spaces provided in the notice: 1) copy of business license; 2) company?s Dun and Bradstreet number (Obtain a DUNS number for free. Call Dun & Bradstreet at 800-333-0505); 3) valid tax identification number; and 4) a valid picture state driver?s license (for persons picking up SBU documents). The notice shall be submitted to the point of contact cited herein. No e-mail or fax copies will be accepted. After verification of the preceding information, the requester will be designated as an authorized user. The contracting officer will then release the documents to the requestor. Upon receipt of documents, the requestor must ensure that further distribution of the subject documents are preceded by the execution of the document security notice. This includes all subcontractors and suppliers. Upon receipt of plans and specifications, contractors shall familiarize themselves with the handling requirements for SBU Documents and the disposal requirements for SBU documents. Notification of any changes to this solicitation (i.e. any amendments) will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) Web site at http://www.fbo.gov/.
