- Seeking request for quote for the group of State Industrial Products item descriptions detailed on the attached downloadable RFQ form. *NOTE*: These parts are to satisfy US Army requirements. This specific brand name has been requested by the customer based on contractor?s historical qualifications and service. A Sole Source award is contemplated based on current known information if no other quotes are received. The intended award will be one purchase order issued as a grouping of the noted State Industrial part number items along with a service requirement which includes: delivery, installation, set-up, any training required by the end-users, and an Inventory Management System where a Field Representative visits each shop on a mutually agreed upon schedule to check stock levels on all items and notify the Customer of anything they are running out of. When replenishment orders are received, the Rep returns to put away the new stock. If this level of service is not included in the price of your product offering then please quote service as an individual line item as provided on the quote form. You may use the attached RFQ form to submit your response or you may submit your response on your own quotation form provided that all information requested is included on your form. Your response should include pricing, delivery days ARO, FOB, country of origin(mandatory notation for every item), Duns #, shipping cost if applicable, warranty information if applicable, package weight and dimensions. Product will ship to Fort Campbell, KY 42223. Response Due: 06-26-07, 1pm, CDT Important: This is a request for quotations, and quotations furnished are not offers. This request does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of the submission of this quotation, or to contract for supplies or services.
