- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference no. N6112807RC068YA is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-17 Effective 14 June 2007. Sic code 5021. NAICS code 337214. A written proposal is requested to provide RECONFIGURE, DEMO, AND INSTALL OFFICE/CUBICLE WORK SPACES. STATEMENT OF WORK: Existing Office/Cubicle/Workstation space requires reconfiguration, demolition, and installation work to accommodate Bachelor Housing Employees located in another building. **NOTE: COPY OF BLDG. 1657A Furniture Plan/Office Layout WILL BE PROVIDED UPON REQUEST. DELIVERY DATE: 21 SEPTEMBER 2007. Delivery Location: COMMANDER, US NAVAL BASE GUAM, NAVY HOUSING OFFICE, BLDG. 1657A, MARINE DRIVE, SANTA RITA, GUAM 96915, Attn: GREG MARATITA. All prospective quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation. Bidders may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) Price, (2) Quality and (3) Delivery. The Government intends to make a Firm-Fixed Price single award contract. Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) to be eligible for Department of Defense Contract awards.
