- The proposed COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION is for commercial supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHAL L be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/ ). The RFQ number is N00604-07-T-0294. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-17 and DFARS Change Notice 20070531. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 334210 and the Small Business Standard is 1,000 employees. This is a sole source action with Compunetix Inc. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Pearl Harbor, Hawaii requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: ITEM 0001: FIVE (5) EACH OF KPI-10 KEYSETS (COPPER AND FIBER); ITEM 0002: ONE (1) EACH OF KPI-24 KEYSET (COPPER AND FIBER); ITEM 0003: ONE (1) EACH OF KPI-24II KEYSET (COPPER AND FIBER); ITEM 0004: SIX (6) EACH OF JACK BOX, PART NO . 00-6611-0400; ITEM 0005: SIX (6) EACH OF CABLE, KPI REAR AUDIO TO J ACK BOX. Deliver to Kekaha, HI 96752 by September 28, 2007. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control.
